This object consists of a london brick, built into the centre of an aviary wire mesh construction. Exploring the way in which by employing an excessive amount of structural support, the mass of the brick can achieve an effect of weightlessness.

The brick appears to hover almost as a hologram at the centre of the object, even though its structural support is quite evident. Acting as an object in its own right, this piece also illustrates a sense of the relationships to be found in the architectural volumes within various scheme proposals.
